Top 25 College Football Traditions

The formations are night and day in terms of complexity. UT's straight lines vs. OSU's cursive. UT's band has the 50 yard line, 40 yard line, and the hash marks as guides....hard to screw that up.

Running through the T is arguably the best entrance in college football, but if we're talking about which "tradition" is better, Script Ohio...or double Script Ohio...is more impressive to me.

If that's the standard, then UT's circle drill should be on the list.

If UT incorporated that into pre-game, I'd have no problem with it being on the list. Very impressive.

I've been to Neyland for the UF game every year since '94, and I can honestly say I don't remember seeing the circle drill at halftime. Then again I'm pre-conditioned to take a piss and get a bite to eat at halftime.

I'm not arguing that it should be on the list. I'm just saying marching band skill obviously isn't a qualification for making this list.

I understand script Ohio being on it, but Tennessee has been running through the T just as long. And it's just as cool to watch, IMO
