Actually, you are missing the point. The thread title made no reference to great athletes.
Actually, no. I was asking him why he wouldn't put Jr. on the list but Daly. I would be willing to say even though Jr. drives a car he is more of an athlete than Daly. That is what I was responding to. I was not responding to the thread but that specific person's post. So in reality, you again are missing the point.
You asked me "my" point. I don't think I am missing "my" point. I was merely talking to you about your statement that " him hitting it far off the tee does not make him an athlete". So no, I am not missing anything.
I asked you what your point is about traditional/nontraditional sports which you still haven't made.
Is Daly an "athlete"? Yes. Is he athletic? No.
If Daly is on the list, Jr. should be considered too. Simple point that isn't simple for some to understand.
As for your first comment, no you didn't. Perhaps you need to learn how to ask questions more accurately. You asked, "What's your point". That is all.
I just wanted to hear some of his party stories. You know whenever he went to parties everybody would go crazy. And imagine all the girls. :rock:cbc, Dane Bradshaw? I loved his heart(no gay jokes please) and hustle. But hanging out for a day with him would be composed of visits to 4 book stores and a Wal-Mart for autograph sessions and maybe a speech.
