Top 5's on Tennessee's Board...

Maybe you can put in a probability of landing each of these guys or rank them in order of probability. Something like this.

Category A - >75% (maybe Andrew Hendrix)
Category B - 50-75% (maybe Kelcy Quarles)
Category C - 25 -50% (maybe Jake Heaps)
Cetgeory D - 10-25% (maybe Demar Dorsey or Chris Dunkley)
Category E - 0-10% (maybe Seantrel Henderson)

It would give you your top 5 list and enough info to visualize a variety of mock classes.

Just for kicks, I'll try to point out the place where UT and UF may collide on the recruiting trail. Guys in bold are the ones that might be visualized in a Gator mock class and the others are guys on our board but considered either remote possibilities or holding uncommittable offers.

I think it's good to lay down a marker here. If you get the guys in bold, we'll consider it a true head to head win which you'll have every reason to crow about.

I would put Henderson and Dorsey in category C. We are in Henderson's top 5 and he is visiting in June. Dorsey has purty much said it's between FSU and UT...

I don't think so. At least not yet.

The big man from the Land of Lakes just told me he will be through Knoxville in June for an unofficial visit. He speaks with the Vol coaches every couple of weeks and the Vols have a good shot at an official visit.- Brent Hubbs

Maybe because of that sentence I assumed we are in his top 5. These quotes about the Vols didn't hurt either:

He did make it clear that he has legitimate interest in Tennessee."For sure," Henderson offered. "I am going to check them out. I can't say that I know a lot about them, but I know they have a nice program with a good coaching staff. Coach (Lane) Kiffin did well at USC and they have a couple of Minnesota guys (Monte and Mitch Browning) there which is nice."

"I usually call them every couple of weeks," Henderson said. "I just want to try to get to know them better and I want to make sure they know that I am interested in them."

Didnt coach O come very close to signing Joe mcknight at ole miss?

It's hard to know how close he really came - but it seemed like Frank Wilson almost had him....and there's no doubt he was very close to Wilson by the end of the recruiting process.
