Worst of all time? I don't know, but here are some movies I've seen in the last few years that were awful:

Grown ups
Anything Friday the 13th
Anything Nightmare on Elm Street
Anything with Jennifer Lopez in it

All the people with the Adam Sandler hate are forgetting The Longest Yard, that was another one of his best.

Played a great serious role in "Reign O'er Me" too.

When i was young i loved friday the 13th's . And happy gilmore was my fav sandler movie

I couldn't watch Friday the 13th or Nmare on Elm St. if they were projected onto Jennifer Lopez's most ample caboose. Well...maybe a minute or two.

Any movie with Keanu Reeves except Point Break which was saved by Patrick Swayze.

Most movies that have won an Oscar for "Best Picture" since 1995 (exceptions: Gladiator and The Departed)

Pretty much anything that goes straight to DVD and is produced by WWE Entertainment.

Kind of a wide net, but there are some atrocities against humanity in that grouping above.

And who ever got the bright idea that George Clooney would make a good Batman?

Keanu Reeves might be the king of bad movies that I'm always going to watch. The 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies are absolutely awful, but I'll watch Speed, The original Matrix, Both Bill and Ted's, The Replacements, The Devils Advocate, Point Break and Parenthood anytime I find them on TV.
