Some of my earliest memories of UT fandom were my dad going insane because Dale Carter fumbled a punt or a kickoff.

"His ascension from obscure recruit to immediate first-teamer has been impressive, especially since when he committed to Tennessee last October, the only person who expected him to grab a starting spot as a freshman probably was Moseley himself."

a good write up by Patrick Brown,it sounds like Moseley is going to be a good one

This coaching staff seems to be very good at finding these diamond in the rough kind of players.

He is already a beast.

I am very surprised that EM has been this good so quickly, where he is now penciled in as the starting cb opposite of CSutton, but if you observe his high school highlights, you can tell that he is a playmaker when the ball is in his hand.

They also seem to be just as competent in reeling in the 5 and high-4 star guys. Apologies for star gazing!

Moseley is gonna be a good one. I know a lot of people said Evan Berry would take his spot but I don't see it happening.

Why?

Moseley's been there 7 months whereas Berry's been there 1 month. If Moseley has talent then he should be a bit ahead but at this point there's no way to know both guy's ceiling such that you can pick one clearly over the other.

The only thing we know at this point is there is now quality competition for playing time at CB for UT especially since the staff moved a multiple year starter to a new position. This is a very good thing!

Because CBJ has pretty much said Moseley would start and looks great out there. Berry hasn't shown he can perform at this level or that he should start. I think he will be good later but way too many people got hung up on the name. They want him to start just because he is a Berry. Moseley showed in the spring and so far in fall camp that he should start and will be good.
