Grrrrr. It's almost like toyotas are luxury vehicles these days with the way their prices are

bud its been that way since 90's. has a 90 four runner, 2nd Gen. miss that damn car.

you've got legions if fan boys who can tell you down to the model make and year. theres landcruiser fan clubs. some guys dream of owning Lambos.

i want a diesel landcruiser from Europe. stock rebreather. i see one with BFGATKO's and my heart thumps. Thats why you see cars with 70k @ 30g's

Wondering if any one has the extended warranty? I declined since it was $1500 but figured it's pretty reliable in itself that I probably wouldn't need it (has 85600 miles). Also if anyone does the scheduled maintenance

good luck with it...

I would have probably gone with the extended warranty

I bought the EW, 2 years ago, on my Range Rover and it's paid it's self off
New front brakes, Water pump...2 new wheels..and the computer/module, to reprogram the key fob

About to get my first oil change. Says the truck uses 0w-20 oil. Do I have to stay with that? Lot more expensive

I would. It may cost a bit more, but it's a good piece of mind. That said I would check a 4Runner forum and see what other people are using.

Yes, stick with the 0w-20. Brand is a different discussion, but don't stray from what it calls for spec wise.

I put N-Fab steps on my 15. Love them.
