Objectively, good for Rickea. She can go to a legendary program and bring it back over the hump to greatness with a tight knit group of friends, or go back to the coach that helped make her great. Can't go wrong. Unless all of that loses out to the tackiest shabby chic jacket collection in basketball history.

....and she wasn't a PG until Pat put her there about midway through the season. Seems like it was Texas....memory is not as good now.....but we lost that game thanks to some serious home cooking Texas is famous for but Dena played well and finished her career at the point.

Let's be honest, no one can look good in a U of Texas jersey. That is just an objective fact proven by science (trust me I have all the studies). Also, when you look at this image in a mirror, Rickea's reversed Texas hook em' horns sign spells out Paul is Dead "I am going to commit to the lady Vols."

Rickea would make the team a lot better next season still even with her need another five post. I don't care about getting into a situation where some of the present players can't get playing time we need to upgrade the roster with strong starters and backups that give us forty minutes of excellent play.

Yes she comes in somewhere after all these others I mentioned. I think next season they should all come in before her. She drops below Miles who I believe will be vastly improved as a sophomore and no way she can beat out Powell at the position pushing her to third point guard or maybe move to two guard and a different role. What you see from her now is all your ever going to get she has reached her peak as a player.

Disagree. Her knee should be back to normal and she will continue to grow her understanding of the game. Super smart kid.

If her knee gets back to normal and no brace yes but she has been wearing that thing since she has been here a huge detriment to her game and will continue to be if she still has to wear it next season. Regardless Powell is just way faster and far better at the point position and I can't see anyway she won't have the starting position no matter what happens at the other positions.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very glad we got Powell and she probably does have a higher ceiling on court than JW. But on paper, their stats are almost identical. Everyone loves the quarterback who's currently not playing.

IMO a big part of the problem with the ball getting stuck in our PGs hand is how slowly our other players move and cut on offense. We only recently started moving on offense at all, so hopefully these are baby steps which are bound to improve. Sharp cuts and quick movement without the ball will magically make our PGs better.

But one criticism I will add, both Walker and Miles sometimes telegraph passes more clearly than Western Union, especially when trying to get the ball inside.
