Walker is a 2 guard playing the PG position. Adding Powell would take the ballhandling duties out of her hand and let her truly show why she is already a 1,000 point scorer.

I think Powell would probably be a lot better shooter if she could become more selective on shots she takes. She is somewhat of a shoot first point guard that really puts up to many shots for that position. Her passing and ball handling plus her free throw shooting are all very positive parts of her ability to play the position. Three point shooting is at least average, but you have to wonder about her two point shooting and the volume of shots she takes.

she would also be able to be more aggressive on the perimeter with the type of defenders we have and TK in the paint ...

I mean she was a freshman and sophomore with a team falling apart and transfers... defenses keyed in more on her during her sophomore and junior seasons most likely.

Despite the negative comment(s) or whatever i like this if it comes to fruition and it just adds quality depth

Certainly all on her as she wouldn't be asked to visit if we had not offered her the opportunity to be on the team. I like a lot about her as a player.
