Does seem weird. I watched LA play. I couldn’t say I saw anything schematically that was impressive. They were just significantly better athletes across the board, than their opposition. I’d say that was the case in most of their games.

Doesn’t mean he isn’t a good coach, just don’t know what your banking on that says he is good.

As a long time UAB supporter I'm on board. While the outcome remains TBD it's pretty clear he is a character guy and develops character people. Even if the record doesn't work out I'm confident he'll make a positive impact on the players and Birmingham as a whole.

He's been on here with 17 different names, most famously known as Dave. Always makes a prediction and he's never right. Since he's never right, Dilfer will win a National Championship.

he's a strange game day coach. While the players and asst coaches are in their typical spot (middle of the field), Dilfer stood by himself on the 15-20 yrd line. Occasionally, he would venture back to the team usually to go under the tent giving his two cents. Odd way to coach but hey it worked. LA hasnt lost a game since Oct 2021.
