True freshman

I don't disagree, I just think that there is real talent in this class and sooner than later that talents going to be on the field. I'm not sure how many will start week one but i really think by mid season they will be everywhere.

I agree with this. I don't think we are in as bad a shape as recent seasons when we HAD to start freshmen, but with the level of talent coming in, in could be that a couple of them will just carry starting opportunities with them, as in, dang, let's get this young man in the game somewhere!

The DL will not be improved. It is at best going to be on par with last years. You guys are kidding yourselves if you think it will be better.

How do u figure? We have a lot of depth, and more importantly, quality players coming in on the DL. Our best dlineman last year was a freshman and now we have four or five coming in rated higher than he was. McCullers didn't do a whole lot while he was here. So losing him isn't that much to cry about. Couch didn't play. Jacques smith underperformed his whole career and the other white guy we had at dt was below average. We have quality freshman coming in and the good thing about dline is you don't have to be smart to play the position or have a lot of experience

DL will show more speed and althletic ability but will struggle when you replace all 4 starters early on
