I was a announcer and studio engineer in 1979 and 1980. I DJed a bluegrass show, afternoon drive time on a pop country station, the Sunday afternoon classic country show, and programmed “Ollie” for the incipient urban contemporary FM station.Does it help that I was a DJ at a teen disco in the late 80s and can probably still break dance
Fish and eggs. Avocados and vegetables. Olive oil.I wish. That's why I have been lifting weights and running on the treadmill. Muscle weighs more than fat but I might be able to trim down my waste line. I am trying not to eat as much food that is fattening.
It a smart diet imo. We eat a lot of the same types of food. Problem is we have rice with just about every meal in our household. I don’t really feel full without it now. Thankfully I don’t need Metamucil yet.Thanks doc, but My doc said it was a very safe and healthy diet. Nothing was wildy set off and over the course of a year I averaged losing a pound a week.
Yeah, it's not just the steps. It's the sleep, body composition, ekg, stress and the reminders, calender and alarms.Had step thing on phone, went from 235 to 195. Switched phones and went back to 215. Reinstalled and back to 200 now.
I need the Metamucil, but it also helps with suppressing my appetite. I don't crave sweets as much when I drink one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
