That’s exactly what they are saying. Minorities are stupid and therefore need to be treated differently. There’s an article on CNN about voter suppression in GA. It mentions that the rejection rates among white absentee voters is much lower than black or Asian. It says something to the effect that the election commission made things “too complicated”.
So what they are saying in so many words is that black and Asian people are too stupid to figure out the rules compared to white people. Remind me again who the racists are?
Yikes. You are a weak weak manhttps://www.cnn.com/2018/10/22/politics/donald-trump-voter-fraud/index.html
These kinds of messages are designed to scare people, particularly the poor and the immigrant populations, into believing that if they show up to vote, then they are going to be investigated and arrested.
I hope that if the Dems take the House they also initiate a criminal investigation into Trump for this sort of voter intimidation tactic. And if necessary refer him for criminal prosecution and a prison sentence.

I get that done places have bad histories when it comes to voting rights, but I've never understood what's so onerous about presenting ID to vote. Here in GA, you need a license and a background check to catch a damn fish legally. How could this possibly keep anyone that’s legal in this country and not breaking voter laws from voting ? THats like saying you get nervous walking into a bank and reading the sign that stealing from banks is a federal offense.
In Florida you have to present an ID, it is then scanned to be verified real, then you have to have the address on your ID match your current address or you dont get to vote. When I did early voting it took longer to be verified than to fill out my ballot.I get that done places have bad histories when it comes to voting rights, but I've never understood what's so onerous about presenting ID to vote.
