I have no idea. Probably a low number, but that is how deaths from the seasonal flu are also calculated. Per the CDC, 34,200 people in the United States died from the seasonal flu during the 2018-19 influenza season. There is no way to arrive at that number unless you are including people who had life threatening, pre-existing conditions at the time of their death.
