The president didn't provide details on what would be included in the healthcare plan, but he said major healthcare and immigration initiatives would be put in place in coming weeks.

"We're signing a healthcare plan within two weeks, a full and complete healthcare plan," President Trump said. "We're going to sign an immigration plan, a healthcare plan, and various other plans. Nobody will have done what I'm doing in the next four weeks."

His goal is not to propose something that might pass or represent good policy. He just wants to resurrect health care whining because he's running out of real things to talk about.

The wall is a dud.

The economy is at best on hold while we deal with the virus.

Foreign policy is haphazard and anything he does leaves him open to criticism he is coddling Putin.

All thats left is China bashing and health care.

Smells like desperation. In September hell be pimping legislation to make Marijuana legal. In October, when he's still polling like sht - he'll be floating free tuition.

Well, personal doubts aside... As Titansvolsfaninga says, he's had close to four years to work on this plan.

I think some of his most dedicated supporters would argue that it's anticipated to be as brilliant as Trump himself.

The plan is to wait for Republicans in Congress to come up with a plan that looks like it could pass and doesn't immediately anger a bunch of voters, and kind of support it. But if anything goes wrong, throw the people who came up with it under the bus.

You know, given how well he has handled the Covid problem, with it only infecting 5 million of us and killing 150,000 Americans in six months when he said it was no problem at just 11 cases and was going away, I don't see why we wouldn't want to hand over to him control of the rest of the health care system.

Maybe his plan is just to discredit all doctors like Birch and Fauci thereby reducing demand or perhaps touting HyrdoQ as the magic elixir that will cure everything from gout to hysteria.

I'm not sure if it's related to the Healthcare plan, but he's pretty much promised a vaccine, ready or not (apparently).
