One of the things they warned us about was the effect of drugs in someone's system and sometimes a lack of pain response ... be prepared if they keep on coming. All cops know this and are ready to keep shooting if the guy doesn't respond to being hit ... at that point the assumptions are on and the guy becomes a target.

He wasn’t coming he was going. He was walking away from the right rear quadrant up the right side of the car across the front down the left side. He opened the door he was shot in the back. Did the cops do a drug screen in the first instance. No. Of course they didn’t.

You know the rules in each state are different, right? Wisconsin has same day registrations. I think other states do too. Ballots are time stamped. If they are past the deadline they are held out and not counted. Especially in PA where there was confusion on the date, any ballots that arrived after the date were not included. Something like 2600 ballots. Those ballots were not counted.
