Trump's "Truth Social" Media Oxymoron Incarnate

DJT off to another hot week. One the bright side, all you goobers who used your pork rinds and Mt Dew money to buy this stock are now living a bit healthier.

I haven’t been able to buy even a snack size bag of pork rinds since the IPO. 😞

Down 15% today. I would think there are some lessons to be learned here about appearance/representation and reality when Trump is involved. But alas, you goobers are going to vote for Trump anyway.

Are you going to vote for Brandon again this November?

Down another 14% today. Usually Donny's cons don't come crashing down so quickly. He's definitely lost a step in the con game.

Step 1 - Going public with company that is going concern

Step 2 of pump and dump was stock dilution -Yesterday

Step 3 was announcement of new product lines with catchwords and little substance - Today

Step 4 will be some PR around an operating metric

They are taking cues from IDEX playbook

Not one person commenting on this page has actually used Truth Social...lol It's like complaining about the weather in another country.

"OMG there's an app I do not use, that offers opinions different then mine! Let's Pile on it!" lol

As a WS guy recently was quoted "The company is debt- free with money in the bank. Many companies make little or no profit before a big public offering. Reddit? Uber? Facebook?"

Just another desperate spin by the TDS press, and the Volnation Marxist Study Group Regulars. ...

Oh, I opened an account. It is like a poorly done X. In my opinion, there is no market space outside of the real Trump fanatics for the product.

The company is only debt free because of the SPAC (i.e. bagholders). They are burning through cash every day and had to dilute its existing equity.

The companies that you mentioned had large non-cash expenses (depreciation, amortization) that made them unprofitable..These companies having an accounting loss generated cash. Truth is hemorrhaging cash to the point their independent accountants gave a going concern warning...

As someone who has put together financial statements for multiple Fortune 500 companies, I trust my own financial statement analysis more than a WSB partisan hack who is regurgitating party-line half-truths and incomplete info...

It's a Dollar Tree knockoff of X. That's not to say that it doesn't have a market. I just think with the way its being run leads me to think it's a pump-n-dump

The biggest issue with investing with this company is the leadership. On a per user basis, they far trail X in revenue per person. TWTR averaged $21 per monitizable user. Truth is less than a buck. TWTR averaged $2.5 in revenue per user. Truth $0. Nunes is way out of his element here.

If Truth can monetize the users/data similar to X/TWTR, you have a viable long-term company (albeit at an inflated price). If not, you will bleed through the SPAC cash by 2028.

Trump doesn't have a history of building viable, long term companies.

Truth Social...

Largely owned by the "King of Debt" who has literally run virtually every publicly-owned company he's been involved with into Bankruptcy. Also dabbled in public office as "President" (failed).

Primarily led by an ex politician who has literally sued a fake cow (and lost) who used to make fun of him (mainly because he's an idiot). Also has experience as a farmer.

Why would anyone short this stock?

LOL I love it when someone whose not a billionaire critiques a billionaire on their buisiness models.

Pretty easy to be a billionaire when you start off inheriting several hundred million 40-60 years ago....

Trump could have put half in a S&P index fund and blew the other half on hookers and blow and have significantly more than he does today.....

There is a market here and there is a path for this to be a viable long-term company.....

I dont think the day-to-day leadership is up to it though...(Referring to Nunes)
Leadership IS the issue. There really isn't anyone or a group that will see it through. Trump is 180° from being a leader of any sort

Imagine buying Exxon at 28 in 1975

MAGA, b*tches!

What could more Trump than that gap between revenue and losses. Dear Lord.

Trump could have put half in a very boring S&P index fund and blew the other half on hookers and blow and have significantly more than he does today.....
