It is odd that Trump has not been tweeting about this latest revelation. But I noted that a couple of minions have been quick to say that Trump wasn't there at the meeting and did not know about it. I'm skeptical of that, especially given this administrations' near perfect track record of lying every single day about every single thing, but in any event this makes me wonder how Trump is going to treat Jr. if it continues to unravel and is the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Since you're into all this research, why don't you track down who let the Russian lawyer/spy in. He visa was denied so it had to be some diplomatic exemption. Who would have dome that?

If today's NYT story is true about the email Jr. got, and that he knew the exact purpose of the meeting and who was in there with him, then how do you square that with the statements by the administration over the weekend?

You can't.

Meeting with Russians to get info on the opponent is collusion with the Russians. Pure and simple. You think they offered that up out of the goodness of their hearts?

Impeachment is called for, if not mandatory at this point.

On this issue I put all these unhinged loony liberals in 2 categories:
1) Ignorant. Their pure hatred of the President allows them to believe Maddow/Waters and others that he worked with Putin to get elected
2) Willing to lie. Ok with lying about the story, knowing its fake but feels it helps them 2018 and 2020 election. Also that it leaves a cloud of this President and prevents his agenda from going forward.

1. I will always wait for proof for anything printed by the NYTs. Their track record lately requires it. Why not print the email?

2. This lawyer wasn't a representative of the Russian government so no real difference than the unidentified Dem who paid for the famous dossier from the ex British intelligence agent.

3. There needs to be a lot more to this story before impeachment is warranted.

The trumps are the political parallel of an American Crime Family. Maintaining and increasing the wealth and power of the family comes first. They may throw Jr under the bus and let him take the rap for everything.
