TrumPutinGate

Sure... he was hated by the left. Had he not resigned, he would have been impeached by the House of Reps. and removed from office by the Senate because he had also lost support of Republicans as well. Sen. Barry Goldwater (R - AZ) to President Richard Nixon in August of 1974: "You only have 15 votes in the Senate against removing you from office... Mine is not one of them."

And a "coup" is a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government. Impeaching a President in the House and then removing him from office in the Senate is neither a sudden process, a violent process or an illegal process. Continue using that word only if you want it to appear as though you don't know what it means.

So you want removal from office? Ain’t gonna happen unless the Dims take control of the Senate, and still may not happen.

Barry Goldwater was PRO ABORTION, not as conservative as most people believe.
I would have to check that... but he was also anti-Civil Rights Bill. He was conservative and did quite a bit of damage to the GOP's relationship with the black community which they still haven't recovered from 50 years later. Blacks were not 90% Democratic Party voters until 1964.

If you have read very many of my posts at all, I have said that I do want him removed from office on January 20, 2021. I do think Trump will be impeached by the House (obviously, this depends on the outcome of this November's mid-terms) but not removed from office by the Senate.

Even if Dims take control of the House of Congress, there’s no guarantee it will happen then either.

Somewhat dated. At the end the article still references Cohen saying he knew Trump knew about the meeting. That’s been disproved now.

But we’ll see. If Jr is indicted it will be scorched earth going forward.

When you do dirty things and immerse yourself in nepotism, this shouldn't be unexpected.

These apples didn't fall far from the tree.

I’d expect Sessions to be ordered to indict everybody who lied to the DOJ or be allowed to resign. If he doesn’t he’ll be fired.

Then an AG will be appointed with a scorched earth agenda. RR will be gone. And indictments will fly about “lying to the fbi”.

The left will scream even louder on “obstruction”. Mueller will subpoena Trump. Trump will tell him to f-off.

It’s going to be a monstrous **** show and DC establishment will be burned to the ground. Ok fine game on. Let’s do this.

Mueller is 5 chess moves ahead of Trump by handing Cohen to SDNY.

Weisselberg, as part of his deal, will likely be required to provide information on all criminal activity he knows about. That spells potential disaster for Trump personally, and major problems for his presidency. That’s apart from any potential state-level criminal investigation by the New York district attorney’s office.

Trump is now facing a two-front war against the Justice Department. The team led by special counsel Robert Mueller is supposed to focus on Russian interference in the 2016 election. But the Southern District can investigate any aspect of Trump’s behavior that took place in its jurisdiction, at any time.

And unlike Mueller, who could in principle be fired, the Southern District isn’t one man; it’s a whole office of career lawyers. It can’t be fired. Even if Robert Khuzami, the acting U.S. attorney in this case, were removed, no new U.S. attorney could realistically call off the prosecutors.

Sounds like Ronan Farrow and/or Adam Davidson getting ready to drop a big story

Who would you trust more, the Pulitzer Prize winning writer that's been spot on with everything he's reported or a conniving sketchy sleazebag like Roger Stone or the Pathological -Liar-in-Chief?
Really tough choice here.

So when's the intervention for Trump coming? I'll bet they've even discussed it. Seems he's in dire need with all the investigations and walls caving in.
