I used it as an example. The news show I watch most often is the DFW ABC affiliate.
I can appreciate that. I often listen to local radio. Nationally I like Levin. He's a homer but brilliant, and typically on the money. He's a Ukraine war supporter. I'm actually caught between needing to stop Russia from being concerned about the billions in assets being sent, the lack of accountability and the concern that American weakness is embolding the enemy. I also think Europe should be taking more of a lead role. I don't think there was any attempt to keep this from happening unless you strictly go by Russia invading.
Back to listening to local radio. I often get a chuckle out of listening to ABC headlines news on the radio. They are always so coyly slanted that it's hard to pickup on.
Last, I had stopped personally attacking posters. I took a couple of weeks hiatus as I tried to gain more patience from posting and realize their are bigger issues in life. Plus, it's difficult to change minds with arguments. Better to take the calm approach or respond with sources. You see that when I first posted again a couple of days ago in the President 2024 thread.
So I'm bowing out of the personal attacks. I won't be able to do that all the time but there are much more subtle ways to get the point across. If posts from randoms set me off then I got some things to fix. BTW, me saying you don't like Tucker because of Ukraine was not a personal attack, it was an opinion. I would've thought our agreement more often than not would've made that understood. Last, this is not a meek surrender. It just means I set some boundaries on my posts and I'd like to give it a college try for more than a few days. That doesn't mean there won't be disagreement, but there just isn't group think.
Disagreement is fine. Healthy even. Echo chambers are boring. I too will listen to Levin occasionally and yes he’s highly intelligent. But he is a certifiable Homer. I have no idea what his views on Ukraine are.I can appreciate that. I often listen to local radio. Nationally I like Levin. He's a homer but brilliant, and typically on the money. I love that. Thank you. When dumb asses say stuff like this it's great. What's funny is I had no idea who you were until you took a shot at me yesterday. Apparently I bother you. That's hilarious. You are nothing to me.

We do agree on many other topics. My stance on Ukraine has nothing to do with where I work or worked it is driven by we made a commitment. The Budapest memorandum has weight as far as I’m concerned while many just ignore it. That’s simply not based in fact as far as I’m concerned. The memorandum is not a single doc it’s three separately signed docs in three languages. English, Ukrainian, and Russian. The argument thrown out the most is the English version says “assurances”. Well the Ukrainian and Russian versions say “guarantees” so as far as I’m concerned the majority opinion is guarantee. And Slick Willy signed all three. My initial post was not a bait. We disagree about Ukraine. You know that. We often agree about other stuff. You let another poster bait you into thinking I made a personal attack that you agree with less.
. But I am wrong. It wasn't you who took a shot. I apologize

Go ahead and question this admin. Frankly we should question the last three as far as I’m concerned as none of them acted in any earnest until this invasion I believe. You’ll see another post from me around the one you replied to stating I’m completely against any hard currency to Ukraine by us. That’s a European issue as far as I’m concerned. I do believe we are obligated to provide lethal aid however. It seems to me the echo chamber is rah rah Ukraine. People who question the approach the administration has taken is quick to be shouted down as a Putin loyalist.

Carlson is the new Alex Jones--an embarrassment. Just spews major nonsense endlessly. All he needs to complete the transformation to
Jones is to gain 40 pounds, start a sketchy beard and get laughed at a bit more.
What is even more enjoyable is watching both neo-cons and leftists clutch Biden and Zelensky's sacks as yall get lied to. The neo-cons like the defense contracts while the leftists want to keep the Russia is the worst bad guy message going. Uni-party stuff. Watching the girlish giggling from afar is shake my head worthy. See I don't care about either country. Yall are one slurp from the battlefield.
