Seems a strange question for the topic, but outside of eating the vegtables and herbs that contain it nope. I do use lots of Onions, Garlic, and Asparagus is a top 5 favorite veggie.

I'd never heard of inulin until about 6 weeks ago. I started using it instead of Metamucil and so far have had great results. Was just curious if you'd ever tried it. Since you haven't nevermind. I'm gonna go to the food thread and talk about music.
