I was so excited when they killed Elizabeth, but the last 2 episodes since her death have dropped in quality. I'm not giving up just yet, but it ain't the same.

I'm gonna watch the first 3 episodes of The Last Kingdom. I read the synopsis and think I can get into it. I've found I have to give shows at least 3 episodes to have an honestly opinion.

Binged the first season plus about 4 shows. It's watchable. Beginning to turn into Game of Thrones though......without the neckitness.

I had to kind of grimly hang in there until I got hooked. The violence, especially the sexual violence, was pretty horrific.

I didn't watch more than a couple of episodes but read I think 3 or 4 of the books. Just got repetitive.
