I would say that a charge is called too often in the college game when it should be a play on instead but you can't get rid of the charge altogether.

The CBI is doing a 30 second shot clock FTR. I agree with most of these. I'd love to see the NBA rule be go after high school or stay in college in 3 years. It just makes sense because the truly gifted ones don't have to mess with college basketball and the ones on the fence would benefit greatly. I hate the 1 and done.

#2 and better officiating would be enough to get offenses going IMO

#13) Make it 6 fouls for a foul out. With way too many gouls being called, a lot of good players spend too much time on the bench.
