It is amazing to me how quickly men turn into white knights and will believe any story that involves a woman being allegedly attacked.

I think the kicker here was "Veteran" more than woman.

I respect veterans, have many uncles and cousins who served in my family, but it in no way means they can't be *******s or disrespectful themselves just because they served, in fact many join young because they ARE *******s and disrespectful.

I find it much smarter to respect people for their behavior instead of their jobs or titles.
