One thing only: Who brought the fire?

Players like Cook and Schrader are special. Their fight and determination are next level. That was the difference.

I saw some glimpses from a couple of VOLS but not a full game fierceness like Cook and Schrader.

Hooker, Hyatt, Bru, Matt Butler, pretty much all the guys with fire are either gone or injured.

I don’t care if the offense scored 0. Dude is not an SEC defensive coordinator.

He is because a couple of other guys said no. He’s had a couple of other Ds in the 90-110 range. You want to talk about those?

The call on Jeudy-Lally was pathetic. Lally was running away from the guy. He wasn't even engaging with him directly and it didn't impact the play. The guy kept into Lally.

I thought the Lott personal foul was the type of call officials don't normally make. Our guy gets off the ground to run onto the field. Missouri players are in the way and words are exchanged. Then the officials get us for a cheap personal foul.

Even the CBS announcers agreed with this take. It was a phantom penalty like others we saw tonight against the Vols. This is not to say it cost the game. It did not. But it is a trend, and anyone who does not see the reality of the lopsided officiating is being willfully ignorant about it.

They whooped us on both lines of scrimmage!!! Pitiful!

Or the defense couldn't stop one guy that had over 300 yards from scrimmage. I'll be honest I did not expect our D line to struggle like that
