Yeah, but VN is loaded with self-appointed “gurus” who know better than the average schmucks on what players the coaches, whose livelihoods are dependent upon their ability to recognize HS talent, should and should not be recruiting. And there’s nothing you can say or do that will lessen their opinion of their considerable ability.

Yeah clearly every major D1 program has just completely missed this guy. Insane stats against good HS competition in Texas. Yet no big time school has offered. And some of you think we need to waste a spot on a guy like this?

He has only 15 career games played, so most schools probably weren't aware of him before this season. And lots of schools are feeling the covid roster crunch pretty big this cycle, which is why you see so many schools with 17 or less signees/commits even after signing day.

I'm not saying this kid is someone that should be top target or anything, I'm just pointing out some reasons why he may not have offers from big schools.
