I really don't get why kids would go to Jackson State. You aren't getting on the NFL radar dominating at the FCS level. A few kids a year get drafted from there, but not many go 1st round. The ones that do are typically QBs.

To be fair, there haven’t typically been highly rated kids going to HBCUs, so it’s not necessarily a fair reflection of how likely a highly ranked kid is to be drafted from that level.
