Start flocking to the FCS level? Do you honestly think that is likely? Neon Deon is a NFL Legend and an icon in the Black community. Plus there appears to be some financial backing from Barstool. What do other FCS schools have to offer elite high school recruits?

Impossible. TAMU has virtually unlimited resources. Maybe they guy just wants to play somewhere else and likes another coaching staff better? Obviously it’s not down to money.

A&M gotta stop giving out commitment money or this is what happens. There’s always going to be a couple that take that upfront money and run. Maybe they just see it as cost of doing business?

Supposedly he is unhappy at LSU. His dad had showed up in the last couple years and was the one doing all the negotiations with teams, now that he’s there, his dad took the money and bounced out of his life again. If true, what a truly despicable parent.

You will see a lot of this with NIL unfortunately. Parents can be scammers too.

Not the first time and nor will it be the last time that something like this happens. Too many talented kids who will be used and abused by those closest to them to get a pay day and then left to pick up the pieces. Really sad. Hope this kid finds some success and happiness.

Sucks for the kid. Idk that he’s going to be happy at any program with all he’s goin through at this point. Hope it works out for him.
