Good to hear, I assumed he’d be there too. I can’t imagine liking Hugh Freeze, so makes sense, but I am sure Freeze has been tampering and Salter would love playing at an SEC school. Someone mentioned TCU, so that could make sense too. I’m sure it’s already a done deal, whoever it is.

He was busy poaching players. Im not dogging it, it’s just what he was doing. All is fair these days, but I’d be mad if my coach was doing that at the expense of coaching the guys on the roster currently. Kiffin and company did something similar before the Peach Bowl.

I thought it was handler? I would say 0% chance Auburn but yellawood has money. I'll go with .01% to Auburn. There are ties obviously to TCU and I know a bunch of their players are recruiting him and have been. Liberty star receiver Daniels is supposedly following him but package deals typically never work out. When I find out I'll throw y'all a nugget. I'm currently going to say his 4 teams will be Arkansas, Baylor, Texas Tech, and TCU.

He was Scarface his month at Tennessee.

I think he's a good Hugh QB, not for character reasons but play reasons (Big arm, good runne, etc.). He seems to have cleaned his act up at Liberty. Good luck to y'all when you play Bama! I hope he torches him

He got kicked off the team for the ever famous "off field incidents" and did his on field rehab stint at Liberty.

Auburn seems a good bet but he will probably be in pretty high demand. He isn't coming back here to sit behind Iamaleava.

He never played at UT and spent 3yrs at liberty. Not sure UT fans will have much more insight than what everyone saw on tv

Against the Ducks I thought Salter looked scared most of the game, especially after he took that hit early on. Now Daniels looked like a real stud receiver. Cooley, the RB looked like he'd be a decent physical RB for someone, maybe a short yardage kind of guy. Not a lot of speed, just difficult to wrap up. Cooley lost his temper after he lost his helmet, he committed a personal foul that didn't get called on his very next play in the game.

I'm really not surprised that Salter withdrew from the portal.
