'20 TX RB Zachary Evans

I am begging the football gods to make this happen. We need a dynamic, game-changing skill player to take us to the next level.

If Hooker and Tillman return, add Zach Evan and a transfer portal WR ready to contribute day one, we will have a lethal offense that might be second to only Alabama in the SEC.

Gotta have some Big Ugly's up front blocking and making holes too.

How about a massive right tackle from the portal that’s ready to play day 1 also lol
I'll take anyone that thinks they can come in and contribute. We have kind of shrugged off how thin this depth chart was and how much juice we were able to squeeze out of the guys we have on the roster. Nothing short of miraculous, really.

I've said this before, but I think that adding Zach Evans to this offense could and should improve our PPG by at least 10, probably more like 13.

So from 39.0 PPG (8th in NCAA this year) to somewhere in the range of 49-52 PPG average? By comparison, OSU led the NCAA with 45.5 PPG. So you think one player would make us average about 7 points better than that?

**Please stop bringing math to this conversation wherein I would like to speak crazy to add ridiculous value to a player of need.

Two deep oline as well. We have the skill players…we just need another guy like Z Evans and another couple of playmakers at WR. I think we have the WRs on our campus now—they just need another offseason PPG development.

Surely Mack and Golesh will be able to bring ZE in this weekend. Then it’s all about signing him up to a NIL deal. LETS GO!

Let’s not use somebody’s death as a recruiting tool.

I see your point, but to me it is not about the death being used as a “recruiting tool.”
It is about the commitment and the love that this coach has for his players, and the peace that should give a family.
If my son was going 1000 miles away I would appreciate seeing that display of honor and respect.
