Scout's Take: Dinuba has a pretty stout defense, and they mixed things up for Bray in the early going. Admittedly, Bray was struggling with the flu, and early on in the game, he was out of sync and missing on receivers, either over throwing, or under throwing, and it took him a while to get rolling. But a two-minute drill in the final minutes of the second quarter saw the Bray we were hoping to see: patient, heady and smooth. It was a classic drive, with Bray going through his reads and not rushing his passes, mixing up his throws, and even using his feet to gain some important yards. He ended the drive with a touchdown pass, one of two on the night (when he threw for 244 yards), and showed just why he's so highly regarded. It was one of the better drives we've seen out of a quarterback this year. There wasn't a lot of time on the clock, but Bray didn't press, instead, staying patient in the pocket and making the throws that got Kinsburg up the field. He still needs to add some weight, still looking skinny, and to settle down a bit, but you can see the upside there. --Brandon Huffman
