The energy in Neyland and around campus yesterday was electric. Bray couldn't help but be impressed, I know San Diego is a great town, I've been there, but cmon Tyler come to UT and lead an SEC school back to the promiseland!! Hopefully this is not all BS and he does commit, leading to many more huge commitments. GO VOLS!!

If Bray is going to commit... I hope he does it before the UCLA game. Better yet, tomorrow. Would like to get the quarterback search out of the way and I've grown impatient.
I believe he will announce by mid-week. No inside source, just my gut feeling .

I would much rather have Bray than Scroggins. Bray is a big boy with a good arm. After seeing scroggins annouce his commitment on gameday he just doesnt look like a good fit for us. Atleast Bray has enough about him too not flip on SDSU without speaking to them first.

As everybody knows, the QB position is a "Face of the Team" position. Bray had to be impressed on Saturday, but he chose to wait until he gets back to California so he can tell SDSU himself that he is going to commit to the VOLS! That is a very classy move and tells me that Bray has his head on straight. I fell that if he does commit to Tennessee, we will have ourselves a great player and a fine person to play QB at Tennessee!!!

know there was some chatter earlier about Bray's father possibly having stayed over in Knoxville today. Can confirm this afternoon that he is still in town. There's a lot of speculation out there that his stay in town is because he his looking at real estate. Can't confirm that part of the rumor beyond a shadow of a doubt, but he is definitely still in Knoxville.

Obviously, this does nothing but reinforce our sentiment that a potential commitment from Bray to Tennessee is in the works and could break as early as Wednesday.

that is amazing to me that a family would just uproot and move all the way across the country in the blink of an eye.

That's great. The family should live Dtown. It's the only place to be.

He's probably going to buy Gruden's place.

Been surfing a San Diego State Univ. site and most of them can't figure out why a California boy would want to come to Hillybilly Town University.

Be nice if you go there. Some of them think we are backward. They don't know anything about the latest with Bray. They just played UCLA and I'm trying to get info about the Bruins from them, too.

Only one real negative guy:
"Thanks for the link - reminds me that cousins can marry out there. Will Bray be visiting the Grand 'ol Opry out there too?
It's simple: even if you get Bray, it's a lost cause. You couldn't win a national championship with Peyton Manning - what does that say? San Diego State is on the way up. You all may not like it, but that's the way it is. Good luck avoiding sanctions this year."

Of course, we got into it over the war so, for the most part, they were welcome to receive sharing of information about Bray.

They said their team sacked UCLA's QB three times that we should turn our guys loose on them. Also this:

Vol, you should beat UCLA. They are very young on the O-line. Decent running game. Good speed on the perimeter with their track WR's. You guys have more athletes, a better running game, and not to mention a stud in the secondary in Mr. Berry. Expect a Tennessee win by 2 touchdowns.

Ha! Neyland to them is now Leyland.

They seem to be such A holes for laid back cali folk. Saying stuff about the civil war and how we are hillbillies. Cali people are such liberal douchebags.
