Don't know what game your watching, btu I'd say Scroggins looks more like a DIV III QB than Montana. Montana and Sims are having decent game.

That's the whole point, you are watching THIS game to make an evaluation. Nick Montana will NEVER be a good FBS QB. He has the weakest arm I've ever seen. Scrambling around and completing 8 yard passes in an undisciplined all-star game is not a good way to evaluate talent.

Seen him try a 50 plus yard kick, he missed wide but the distance was there...70 yards would be 7 longer than the longest ever made...doubt that happened.
