I would disagree about being on the bottom.

And he's a RS freshman. He has moments of showing what he is capable of and given time can develop into something special.

Wont see the feild again. And yes you are right they would be ahead of Candy. Penn has zero depth walk ons are everywhere in the two deep. Dont be suprised If UCF comes back.

Drop them in the ACC, PAC12 or Big 12 and they would be middle of the pack at least.
