UCLA v. BYU (merged)

I think Willingham is probably finished.

Is he injured?

I wish we could of stayed with the regular schedule that was set at the beginning of the year. Play UAB week 1 dominate get some confidence, travel out to Pasadena the next week with a better feel for our offense, and I think we would of won, but with our coaching staff I could be wrong

I meant Tyrone Willingham.

Which sucks, because I think he is a good coach, but he doesn't have alot to work with.

This is the team that beat Tennessee just 2 weeks ago? The score was 59-0 in the 3rd quarter (no scores in the 4th). UCLA gave up 7 TD passes. Craft for UCLA threw only 1 INT all game (he threw 4 against Tenn in the first half alone). It was UCLA's worst lost since 1929. Sheesh, I can't believe Tennessee lost to that team. Tennessee has got to beat UCLA next year in Knoxville. I won't be able to stand listening to these Bruin fans anymore.

…to the tune of 59 – 0.

What does that say about our coaching staff that a mid-major can destroy a team that completely handled us? It’s very sad to see this happen.

Say what you will about UCLA having more time to prepare for us then for BYU. At the end of the day we lost to, what is looking to be, an extremely bad bruins team because we failed to execute and to make adjustments.

:golfclap fulmer and staff…

While I'm not one to defend Fulmer.

Different game...different circumstances.

My bad. I did a forum search for BYU and nothing came up, just figured Vol fans were avoiding the subject

I believe that you must use at least 4 letters in a search or you get a message like this:

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.
The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : byu

Try searching UCLA, it is there.

The key to this game was that BYU was actually able to repel UCLA's interior line time and again.

If UT had managed to do that, we'd have seen a 40-point win to open the season.

Hire Bronco Mendenhall tomorrow. If we had him with our talent we might have hit the century mark against UCLA.

I, personally, hope UCLA loses to every opponent 59-0 from here on out so we can keep dredging it up and feeling sorry for ourselves.
