I'd bet you UConn travels better than Stanford.

Records don't matter in this case. Geography does.

VT is legit good. I've watched every game. Sure, game 1 was a little embarassing, and the letdown attributed to their loss against JMU. Since then, they have improved every week - and I believe are a much better team than when we played them in the Peach last year.

UCONN(and the whole Big East) is an embarassment to D1 football. I constantly hear how WVU would finish Top3 in the SEC year in and year out. Amazingly, in big east country they typically think their conference is one of the toughest due to the round robin scheduling.

VT 40 - UCONN 10

Blame georiga for losing to WVU some years back in the sugar bowl.

The Orange, with a choice between an 11-1, Top 4 team and a 4-loss unranked team will go with the latter?

I mean, I guess UConn should theoretically travel better to Florida, but they only have like 6 fans anyway. Stanford has 12.
Why the UConn hate Cletus? They won their conference, not their fault the BCS is flawed. They've traveled well to middle and low tier bowls, the Orange would be no exception.

It's just a shame that such a conference gets to keep their auto-bid status.

And I didn't say it was their fault the BCS system is flawed. It is their fault that they lost by 20 to a bad Michigan team and 14 to Temple.

Tech's low competition makes them look "legit good".

They are not.
