UF WR Coach resigns

It'll be interesting to see how Meyer does at Ohio St without the bevy of talent in his backyard like he had at Fla. It'll also be interesting to see how long he stays there and how he leaves the cupboard for the next coach. Say what you want about Zook, but he recruited well.

and make his SEC record look like small grapes compared to his BIG 10 record once he gets the recruits he wants.

A whole lot more than what Dooley started out with.

This x 1000. Muschamp's transition isn't easy simply for the fact that they had to implement an entirely new offensive scheme which can take time, but he has a team with all the talent to pull it off. They have more talent at every position than most teams.

Hill was one of the least popular hires by Muschamp. Whether Aubrey was a bad coach or not is unclear, but it does certainly hurt Florida because it's one less set of eyes reviewing game film and helping prepare players.

That being said, Pease's GA coached WR's at Boise State, so it's not really a tough transition there, but you do miss Hill's experience.

The WR's were bad last year, so it could be a blessing in disguise. I guess we'll never know for sure.

no i dont by 2013 we kickin ass again

zook didnt have go thru the transition champ did

he was left with a heisman finalist at qb and a great team

muschamp wasnt left with much

Maybe after all the arrests, but in recruiting...

2009=5th
2010=1st
2011=12th

doesn't look like a bare cupboard to me.

How do you spell hypocrisy or irony?

UF losing 1 asst. in the off season = a big deal.

UT losing 7 asst in the off season = no big deal. Actually a good thing and we're better off for it.

Aubrey Hill scored the last TD in the '94 UF-UT game in Knoxville.

31-0 UF

My first trip to Neyland...good times.

You realize that makes no sense, right? I mean, following your logic, Muschamp's task working with a bare cupboard and a tougher "transition" equals "kicking ass" in a quick turnaround for the program compared to Zook.

Let that marinate for a second.

You wanna try again?

You guys are missing the main thing here.

He was the recruiting coordinator at UF.

He probably committed recruiting violations at Miami.

So, the logical progression is.....drumroll....he's been committing violations at UF.

The NCAA is digging as we speak. THAT'S why he was fired...er, let go...er, why he 'resigned'.

The fun's about to start.
