I think it was 1 kick in the first round, but not sure. He fought like that 12+ minutes and survived with the #3 in the weight class. That tells me he belongs. Injuries happen. Some guys don't fight through them.

It was repeatedly getting kicked, he never checks kicks. You can get away with that some, but just thinking you can walk through them is stupid. Lightweight is so ridiculously loaded the difference between the #3 and #15 guy are closer than any class. Him being off so long, probably had him lower than he would normally be.

I respect your love for him. But, think the fight would happen similarly if it happened again.

The commentators were talking about taking his legs out in the past. And that's what happened. Was the plan all along and would probably happen again imo.

I agree, Dos Anjos is just the better fighter. That flat footed boxing style like Rampage is just asking for leg kicks, and like Page, Diaz doesn't check them.
