I agree, I don't see him ever being champ. AG, DC, Rumble, and Jones are the clear top 4, he has a chance to be best of the rest though.

I wouldn't mind Nog pulling the upset though.


And the most important fight of the night, Shogun. F Rousey, he'd knock that b****es block off. :)

Struve/Nog was awesome. Only disappointed it went to the judges. Also, the crowd is terrible. If this were Vegas, fans would have been non-stop screaming through half this last fight but they'd erupt for 1 second and immediately go dead silent. I don't think the crowd being so crumby helps in adding to the excitement.

Glad we went to a bar and didn't pay for this. It's not bad but free fight nights are usually better than this

Sometimes I wonder if UFC stages some of the fights. Rogan said he landed hard hits on the elbows, they like didn't even connect. Then the dude just sits there on his knees with his head up allowing himself to be put in headlock and choked out. The whole finish was... yeah.

He was totally gassed in the 2nd round. Surprised he didn't give up earlier. I sincerely wish he would have.

If UFC wants to stage fights, I hope they marked up Shogun for a W. haha


I doubt that they do but I've seen some fights I do wonder. What if a fighter put a ton of money on himself and threw the fight? Or someone offered them a ton to throw a fight? Devils advocate.

I don't think the UFC rigs fights. But I would almost guarantee at some point a fighter has thrown a fight, to think its never happened would be pretty naive. IMO
