I listened to Kirby Smart's Thursday night coach's show and another dawg show on the radio out of Atlanta yesterday.

I thought we had sunshine pumpers and outlandishly large expectations of our team. Almost no one is tempering their expectations but Smart. It seems the VAST majority of dawg fans are expecting to beat down Appy State and be up by 30 at the half. Score predictions like 62-3 are not uncommon.

If it's not ... expect massive wailing out of Athens tonight if App State keeps it respectable, mattresses will burn if they lose. Could be a fun game to watch.

They will most likely stomp App state as easily as Miami did last year. App state was not nearly as good as many Vol fans thought. Some tried to justify them almost beating us by saying how good they were. It was BS.

UGA could lose to anyone on any given day.

Their program has a history of underachieving with elite talent.

I've posted this in like three threads now, but this is the same team that played the VOLS returning 12 seniors starters on the ten year anniversary of the Michigan game. App st. Is ready for this And they can do it. Gawga gonna Gawga, might as well be the first game and get it over with.

Yeah, just because UT was App St.'s booty poodle for 90% of the game last season didn't make them a good team.

Through three series. Georgias offense is sputtering but the D showed up. App state is depending on trick plays in a triple option.
