I do wish we had something new, though. I agree with you on that. But seems like Meyer hardly the type to give us a good one liner.

Crying doesn't count.

These roles were reversed on a friend of mine. She was a UT fan and he was a UGA fan. He got her a shirt that said Tennessee girls like it Dawgie style.

I married a UGA grad, both undergrad and gradschool. But she's not obnoxious about it.

She did get mad when she came home and her dog was wearing a UT jersey..

tell her
if you really love me then you become a tennessee fan

Thats what I told my husband when we first met! Clearly it worked!

But, if that still doesn't work, the Volnation could hold a prayer vigil for her in hopes that Divine Intervention will take over...
:dunno:

First of all let me say congrats on landing a UGA girl (definatley some of the hottest women in the SEC if not the country). Second why waste a good thing by trying to convert her, you could place significant wagers on the game that most are not privy to

I will say that having visited Athens on numerous occasions that I agree, there are plenty of hotties in GA and of course, in TN.

One of my good friends is a GA Tech fan and he married a UGA fan last summer, and some how it works out. They go to an equal number of Tech and UGA home games together

I'd have to get a look at her before I provide any advice. How much aggravation I will endure is directly proportional with how beautiful a woman happens to be. You should live by the same equation.

Shallow. :shakehead:

No, simply realistic. If one is going to endure a certain amount of misery, it's only logical to ensure a substantial reward as an offset. It's analogous to eating at a great restaurant. Nobody likes to wait, but great food will cause one to accept that annoyance. Conversely, no sane person is going to wait in line at a McDonald's.

You do realize the McRib is made with processed ferret meat, don't you?

Dude, I ate at a Chinese Buffet today for lunch. Clearly the origin of meat never enters my mind? :D

I can't say much. One of my great passions in life is finding questionable looking Bar-BQ restaurants. Great story about the dearly departed Brother Jack's in K-Town. It may be urban legend, but I love it anyway. A man brought a fairly large 4 legged, shelled animal into the restaurant. The patrons debated for a considerable amount of time as to whether it was a terrapin or a turtle. Someone finally got around to asking Brother Jack. Without missing a beat, Brother Jack answered, "I don't know what it is today, but tomorrow it'll be a Pig Burger."

That's hard to buy Hat, you dating a dense beauty queen over a smart chick with above average looks. That said, there are a few left out there with the whole package.Maybe that is why you haven't said the sacred of vows of marriage yet, well either that or the Vols have just made you too freakin uptight to concentrate on finding Miss Right, and Peyton setting the NFL touchdown record. :biggrin2:

LIO apparently decided to dig up a topic from 3 months ago in order to call Hat shallow . . . I don't know why she did that. She probably only needed to go back 5 minutes to find evidence that Hat is shallow.

I fail to see how an appreciation of beauty makes one shallow.

I see relationships the same way Larry Brown sees coaching jobs: The next one is the best one.
