UGA over Mizzou's affect on UT

It does not help, especially if we lose again to Missour. Check that I think we are out regardless unless we go deep in the SEC tourney.

Because we have absolutely zero quality win opportunities left. One quality win over UVA will not get it done despite what you think.

yep it hurts anyone who is playing Missouri.. won't be as good of a win now due to their fall after losing to UGA (who dominated Missouri) and it hurts the SEC as a conference. Rucker said it well:

Georgia's troll job on SEC hoops this season is epic. Killed the RPI pre-SEC and then backed over the dead bodies by winning in SEC play.

The SEC is so pathetically, unpredictable this year. Other than everyone can win at home, thats the only constant. We blow y'all out and lose to Mizzou then we see what happens tonight. Outside of UF, away wins are hard to come by and even they've been tested lately.

Except that we have another in Xavier :hi:

Despite what you think, lulz

Except Xavier is 54. 1 top 50 win isn't a guaranteed ticket. It's like you take the human aspect of selection out of it. 10 people have to agree that we deserve to be in. In addition, our RPI will take a hit playing MSU and Auburn. You're somehow under the impression that RPI automatically improves with wins.

And Mizzou's RPI will take a hit playing A&M and MSU as Gaudio discussed after the game. Good chance they're not top 50 when we face them.

Lulz

I'll await your response that X is 41 in one RPI, because i just found it.

Actually Xavier is 41 after tonight's win, if you're gonna try to correct someone you may wanna make sure your info is accurate.

Our RPI will not take a hit by winning tomorrow night, you can bet that.

We beat Missouri at home. And Kentucky in the SEC semifinals. And Florida in the SEC championship. Martin has got this folks. He is the real deal. Now I just hope he doesn't call a freaking timeout.

I guess you understand the RPI process better than some of the analysts? As your SOS erodes it can not help your RPI.

I'm not sure at what point you stop rationalizing UT into the tournament. They have lost too many inexcusable games. UT will, once again, be in the NIT. At least you are finally off CCMs jock I think.

I'm not defending this team, nor am I saying they deserve to be in. In fact, if you look in the bubble watch thread, Lunardi has Tennessee is but I have them out.

That doesn't negate the fact that Tennessee is currently projected in, or one of the first teams out by just about all bracketologists.
