If a cop or k-9 smells weed you can object all you want, but your car is getting searched. Without a search warrant. Your attorney should know this.

I was smoking a joint in front of Michaels Cow Palace back in the day and a cop rolled up. We put it out...he smelled it...he asked "can i search your car?"...i said "i dont know...im not really a lawyer...you would know better than me if you have the right to search my car, ill defer to you"...

Unreal, but he left.

So it IS possible, however unlikely. But yeah, never EVER consent. Just tell them hey, if you say I have to, I'm not gonna try to stop you. You're in charge.

Man now I can only hope Lattimore gets busted for selling drugs and Saban gets terminated for running a prostiution ring.

Georgia is making a strong case for the fulmer cup. I think it should be renamed the Richt-Fulmer cup.
