I have mixed feelings about the situation, because I have had a run in with a towing company, and had a drunk fantasy of leaping the wall and driving my car through the gate. For my protection the police were already there to prevent it. My sober wife (girlfriend at the time) was driving, but she couldn't keep her hands over my mouth as I yelled at the towing people.

Some people on earth are hindered by locked gates....and he should have used better judgement, but this really shouldn't be a felony charge based on the circumstances.
