Depends on which team shows up. If we send the Pitt and Nova Vols then we probably win. But if the CofC and Oakland Vols show up then losing by 9 will be considered keeping it close.

According to the KY fans here the key to beating them is working the shot clock they tend to get lazy on defense late in the shot clock. Work it inside and try to get their big men in foul trouble they have no depth there. Keep the tempo fast and they will wear down by the end of the game. So not sure if we will win I bet we get down early to them and are having to come back in the end but we will be within 9 unless they break us early as they have in recent years.

The only news I've heard is what Wes Rucker tweeted- which is questionable, and will "try to play"

Rucker said the same thing in an interview just now on Memphis radio. Said Hopson will try to go but that he didn't look ready in practice, especially on defense. Said that Scotty isn't the best defender on two good wheels much less on one and that he probably won't be able to keep up with the KY wing players.

Tough assignment for sure. KY and Calipari are 29 and 0 at home since he got there so it's tough at Rupp no matter how much talent you have. Of course though, according to Calipari, SEC play isn't important to him and it's all about the NCAA. Maybe he'll just go out to dinner tonight and overlook the whole thing. They'd probably do just as well if he didn't show considering how good a bench coach he is.

With Scotty and Tobias hobbling around (if Scotty even plays), it would be a miracle to win this game.
But, you never know!
GO VOLS!

I'm not a doctor but I'm a little surprised Hopson didn't play against Bama... When they were showing the interview with Tony Jones, the guys were shooting around in the background and Scotty seemed to be moving around pretty well. He was jumping around, running, and shooting and the ankle didn't really seem to be bothering him. Maybe they thought they would win without him but obviously they were wrong. Did anyone else notice this?

KY will not lose 3 in a row.. not playing at home. They come out strong and KY wins by 15+

Tobias Harris is not good. He is extremely over rated . We will not do good the rest of the year if he continues to take stupid shots and turn the ball over every time he gets the ball.
