Thanks for the $!

Of the 11 National Titles the SEC has won in Basketball, UK has produced 8. You are welcome for that. :good!:

Wow...Hell our women have won that many...Your welcome for that too....Exactly what has UK done outside of mens basketball for the SEC?....Let me answer that..........Nothing

I'm just curious...how much BCS bowl money has UT generated since 2005?

:hi:

Thanks for nothing!

UT football has been one of the big contributors in the SEC over the years unlike Kentucky...Bottom feeders like UK and Vanderbilt just hang around for the scraps from the other programs....Congrats on your basketball success...Too bad that's all you have to brag about.

Given the state of UT athletics, it's one more than you have.

The difference is we know we'll recover and continue our winning ways....Kentucky never recovers, It just keeps on stinking it up and getting stepped on and losing 20+ years to SEC schools...And Brian, no its not 1998 and its not 2011 either...So wake up yourself.

Looks like UK is taking a hard look at artificial grass in Commonwealth. Is anyone else in the SEC on turf other than Mizzou?

On, to be clear, the Nutter indoor practice field will stay the same: “Yeah, you’ll have the indoor facility and it may – I’m not sure, clearly the architectural piece, we’ll have to work through that, whether it attaches or how it works. I’m not sure how that logistically works, but it’s right there by it. And then you’ll have two grass practice fields on the outside part of that. And then we’ll have to make the decision: Do we go to turf in the stadium, in the game-day stadium, in Commonwealth or do we stay at grass? I think it might be in our best interest to be turf in the stadium, indoor turf and two grass practice fields. It gives us lots of options in terms of practice. I know Mark wants to be on the game field a lot, in terms of preparation. He wants our kids to have a feel for what that looks like. I think that’s a thought we have to at least take a look at down the road when we do that.

“For right now, the biggest part of that we’re concerned about is to get that building up and running, the grass practice fields. And the university gets that land back where the practice fields are currently. We’re going to keep the field turf field right there by Nutter for training for all of our other sports. We don’t want to give that up in terms of strength and conditioning and speed training and things like that. We do a lot of that on the turf. It’s really important to keep that for our other sports. And then track and field and gymnastics will probably move into that facility in addition to some other things probably because that is closer to where they live. Indoor track is over here next to the stadium and the outdoor track, the track would sit right in the middle with 110 and 120 athletes and then gymnastics is clearly training in the Nutter Center, Nutter Indoor.”

Ok now say Thank You SEC schools for splitting all that bowl game money with you and for winning all those BCS championships and giving you a nice chunk of that as well even tho you continually suck and never thought of doing this sooner because your heads are all wrapped up in basketball

This facility is financed 100% with private gifts to the football program.

I think UK is going to be better than people think. They are getting Barker who looks to be a very good QB. Getting Elam was huge. He is almost Wilfork like.
