UK vs UF (no one beats UK 31 times and gets away with it)

So if I'm reading things right, next Kentucky plays Murray State. More then likely that will be a win, so Kentucky has a good chance to start 3-0 on the season.

Then they get the lesser bullpuppies of Mississippi State and South Carolina at home. I haven't paid attention enough to the Bulldogs enough to have an opinion about them, but South Carolina may well be beatable.

HAD

They'll be visiting UK next Saturday

A recruiting gold mine. If they play their cards right. Kentucky should win and win by a good margin next week. Plus, with them knocking off Florid, along with South Carolina loosing, Kentucky will probably take one of their spots in the Top 25.

MSU is very good. I haven't watched full games, but on paper and from highlights they look legit. I Expect to lose by 3 scores or so. Fitzgerald will give us fits.

USCjr doesn't worry me as much. Definitely more solid than UF, but still not super scary. But they play smart football. Bentley is overrated tough. UK has to play way cleaner ball to have a good chance.

Good that both games are both at home at least.

Yet another example of why there should be no rankings for at least the first few weeks.

So what’s the longest active win-streak against a yearly (/uninterrupted) opponent now?

Ohio State and Michigan both currently have 22 wins against Indiana, but those series were not uninterrupted series before 2009 and 2013, respectively.

Congrats to the UK fans. The better team won. No excuses.

Florida has the same offensive problems we've had for over a decade. An inept quarterback and an underachieving offensive line. We have a few playmakers, but no consistency.

Add in some key mental errors and that's that. Another mediocre season upon us.

It’s alright, at least you’re guaranteed one SEC win this year coming in 2 weeks
