Nonsense, it was a great move for WKU. that 0-12 D1 season last year is just as nice as the national title a few years ago in D1-AA.

Yeah, lots of money. That's why most schools in D-I are losing money or breaking even on their football programs.

Georgia State here in Atlanta has repeatedly said that they have no interest in moving their new football program up to I-A in the foreseeable future. The GSU alums I know aren't happy about it, but it's the smart move.

I think they're open to it eventually, but they're not going to talk about it out loud until they're sure it makes sense. You can tell that they're acutely aware of exactly what 85 football scholarships + Title IX means.

Villanova is supposedly going to the Big East. I guess it makes sense since they are already in the BE in basketball.

Something to entail Temple going to BE or not, if they do, UMass would go there. If not, its thought BE will poach from CUSA, opening a spot there
