From KSR:

– If you needed further proof of a Mississippi State meltdown, behold: minutes after his team lost to UMass in the first round of the NIT, Renardo Sidney tweeted “I’m out.” Now, you could interpret that a lot of ways. Maybe Sidney was sad that he was out of loaded mashed potatoes, his favorite comfort food. Maybe he was going to type “out of breath” and passed out before finishing. Or maybe this is another sign that Rick Stansbury’s team has completely imploded.

Seriously, though, I don't see where the Miss. St. program can expect to go by canning Stansbury. This is a tough one; I see the argument that he's been there a long time and has perhaps gotten a bit stale, but I also think he's kept the program performing at its potential. I definitely don't think it's an obvious slam-dunk decision that he needs to be fired. If I were the AD, I'd have a tough time showing Stansbury the door. Horn is the one who absolutely needed to go in this league.

After losing to sub-100 UGA to blow a tourney bid and then heading to the NIT sideline just two nights later, I expect someone to go off on Twitter. I'd be more surprised if he had something positive to say.

Miss. State (21-11)

-vs-

UMass (22-11)

who ya got in this one?

I'm going with State. State is probably the best team in the NIT and I think we will win it all.

Another instant classic..Great job(as always):good!:Wait, now you can start a "Who's more handsome, Stansbury or Calipari?" thread...
