Read through it again. I said if Sentreal doesn't beef up (get much stronger) then he will get dominated once he is in the NFL.

Basketball is a totally different animal as far as the bench is concerned. What a guy like KD needs in his arms vs. what S.Henderson requires on the line aren't comparable. The length of a guy's arms can really impact his bench work, also. KD has extremely long arms.

How do you make a point about Durant's arms being long but don't make it for Henderson who is 6'8"?

When you have extremely long arms you have to push up the weight that much more.

Not a big deal as far as his bench...

I agree. Very sad. Seems he has zero work ethic. He can't even bench press 300 pounds. He is supposed to be a future NFL 1st-Round Pick, but he is throwing around high school kicker weight.

I know Sentreal Henderson is a tremendous talent and I would love to have him at UT, but those are some WEAK numbers for a college football player, especially a D1 starting LT.

270-pound bench max, 230-pound power clean max, and 375-pound squat max. That's ridiculous. For someone who weighs 345 pounds.

It's pretty crazy that a player that could very well end up a Top-5 NFL Draft Pick can't even bench his body weight. Like I said earlier I would love to have him at UT, but his numbers really surprised me.

I also noticed that most of UM's team was weak at least compared to UT's players. I'd be willing to bet that UT's players would demolish these numbers.

That's sad really...
