Unable to recruit RB's for 2016

Joseph Young has some ability. He won't need to contribute like Moseley "needed" to.

He absolutely is a steal.

We will see I guess. I hope you're right, but I think we may have our expectations a bit high.

I think we take 1 HB in 2016 and 2 in 2017. I don't know why people forget that Kelly is a beast and Young was the 2015 classes' equivalent of Emmanuel Moseley. We have 5 scholarship HB's on the roster for 2015.

Then, on our roster for 2016 we'll have:
Hurd-Junior
Kamara-Redshirt Junior
Kelly-Sophomore
Young-Redshirt Freshman/Sophomore
2016 Commit-Freshman

So, we'll have 5 solid HB's in 2016. Then, get 2 in 2017 (Hopefully Richardson and Chandler) in case Hurd or Kamara goes pro after their Junior year. But, I really think at least 1, if not both, will stay until they graduate.
Forgive me for not assuming two true freshmen who weren't all that heralded in high school and haven't had a single practice yet will be "beasts."

I'm really hoping we can land Stevenson. Would shore things up for us depth wise BIG time.

Unable to recruit RB's for 2016, is it because of the offensive line woes?

We'll never get another RB...ever. Jmo

Everybody seems to be forgetting the whole Joe Young thing. Is he going to be a boom or a bust? He wasn't on anyone's radar. If he turns out to be a stud then kudos to Jones and staff for finding him.

People forget Jon Kelly was really high on the RB board last year, the staff absolutely feel he was a can't miss prospect

Seemed like the staff liked Kelly more than Kendall Bussey before he decommited. Is that how y'all saw it?

They offered a blueshirt to the one that committed first...so yeah.

I am not in the boat that thinks that RB recruiting is desperate right now and can see a lot of sunshine with the interest from Feaster this morning. But, I have to wonder about where Jennings might land when he transfers from QB. I know that people are talking about him moving to Safety but is he a better fit at RB?

His build fits safety or WR, methinks.

He is a little tall but if he can add 20 lbs or so he would have similar measurements to Hurd. It is an interesting line of thought IMO. First he deserves his shot at QB though.
